Terms of Service

By booking a private consultation, ritual service, or purchasing any spiritual product from Dr. Kamau's sanctuary, you affirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age. • You are participating of your own free will and personal spiritual discretion. • You are not under duress, intoxication, or coercion at the time of booking. • You understand that spiritual services are cultural and holistic in nature and not a substitute for licensed professional advice. Consultations are available to adults worldwide regardless of geographic location.

Traditional African spiritual practices, ancestral divination, botanical herbal preparations, and sacred ritual work offered by Dr. Kamau are traditional holistic services rooted in authentic Kikuyu and Bantu ancestral lineage. These services are provided strictly for personal spiritual guidance, cultural enrichment, and holistic well-being. They are not medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, legal counsel, or financial advice. No specific material, financial, romantic, health-related, or other real-world outcome is promised, implied, or guaranteed. Individual spiritual experiences vary greatly depending on personal faith, adherence to ritual directives, and ancestral circumstances.

All consultation bookings require confirmation via a valid payment reference (M-Pesa transaction code or international remittance receipt) before the session is formally scheduled. Clients may reschedule their confirmed consultation session up to 24 hours prior to the appointed time without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session are subject to a 50% administration fee. Same-day and emergency consultations are available subject to practitioner availability and may carry an urgency surcharge. Please confirm availability via WhatsApp before payment.

Both practitioner and client commit to mutual respect throughout the consultation relationship. Clients agree to: • Attend sessions in a calm, sober state of mind. • Approach the reading with an open, sincere, and respectful attitude. • Follow energetic prescriptions, ritual directives, and herbal guidance provided during and after the session to the best of their ability. • Refrain from recording sessions without explicit written consent. • Communicate session concerns or dissatisfaction respectfully and directly to Dr. Kamau. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate termination of the consultation without refund.

Full consultation fees are payable before the session commences. Dr. Kamau accepts: • M-Pesa (Paybill 247247, Till 5946133, Reference: DK-PROP) • International Bank Wire Transfer (Kagumya Faraj, Finance Trust Bank Uganda) • Sendwave, Remitly, WorldRemit, Western Union, Wise • Major credit/debit cards and PayPal via arrangement All prices are displayed in USD as the base currency. Equivalent local currency amounts are indicative only and subject to prevailing exchange rates. Remote consultations are conducted via WhatsApp Video/Audio Call, Zoom, or secure phone call and carry the same depth, intention, and ceremonial integrity as in-person sessions. Geographic distance does not diminish the effectiveness of traditional ancestral spiritual work. Clients are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and a private, quiet environment for their session. Sessions interrupted by repeated connectivity failures on the client's side may be rescheduled at practitioner discretion. All time zones are accommodated. Please specify your time zone clearly when booking.

All content on this website — including service descriptions, ritual methodologies, ancestral frameworks, photographs, testimonials, and educational materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Kamau's sanctuary. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited. Equally, all personal disclosures made by clients during consultations are protected under strict ancestral confidentiality and will never be shared, published, or disclosed to third parties. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. In the event of any dispute arising from a consultation or transaction, both parties agree to first seek resolution through direct good-faith communication via email or WhatsApp. If a resolution cannot be reached within 14 days, disputes may be referred to a mutually agreed mediator. Dr. Kamau's sanctuary is not subject to the jurisdiction of courts outside Kenya for disputes arising from spiritual consultations. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
